Commercial:
Ted's areas of professional practice include all areas of commercial law including business acquisitions and disposals,
corporate restructuring, capital raising, mergers & acquisitions, corporate advisory, trusts, franchising and more.
Ted can assist
in the preparation and review of documentation on the establishment, restructure or sale of organisational structures (company constitutions, shareholder agreements, trust deeds, share sale agreements, business and asset sale agreements, security documentation etc.) and can facilitate all aspects of commercial transactions generally.
As a commercial lawyer, his primary
focus is achieving successful outcomes for business people in all aspects of the law as it applies to both individuals
and corporations.
Property:
Ted's property practice includes commercial leasing, property development and subdivision matters, Owners Corporations matters, Stamp Duty advice, domestic and commercial conveyancing and more.
Personal Law:
Ted's personal law practice includes Trusts, Wills and Succession Planning.
Qualifications/Professional Affiliations:
Ted graduated with a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts from Monash University (Greek and French Major) and is fluent in both Greek and French.
Ted is an active member of the Law Institute of Victoria (LIV).
