The staff at Pointon Partners regularly write articles which they believe to
be of interest to our clients. As always these newsletter articles are written
by our staff members.

Newsletters are released over the course of the year to our clients as
either articles that appear in our general Pointon Partners newsletter or alternatively appear in specific newsletters that are tailored to the needs
of particular client groups.

Newsletters are emailed to our clients.

Newsletters may be published on our Web Page. We attach below some examples of these newsletters for your information.
Updates are emailed to our clients and include the following areas of law:
Commercial Law Updates
Taxation Updates
Workplace Updates
Intellectual Property
In addition to our normal newsletter updates, we at Pointon Partners have developed seven checklists for business. The checklists have been created to meet a desire that many of our clients have expressed to us over the years to have lists of relevant issues to themselves presented to them so that they may be pro-active in tending to best practice for their legal needs and responsibilities. The checklists cover issues that should be considered by most people in business, but often are not. They are provided free of charge as part of our ongoing commitment to our clients upon request, but are not published on our website.
A number of our more popular instruction sheets are attached for your information.
These may be accessed by downloading the appropriate Adobe PDF File.

Please instruct us then by faxing the filled-out instruction sheet to Pointon Partners on
+61 3 9642 8778 or by email to mc@pointonpartners.com.au. It is generally wise to contact us before sending to ensure that the matter is correctly handled and actioned by our firm.

In addition we include some descriptive analysis of these standard documents below and also we highlight a number of further standard and not so standard documentation matters that are worthy of your consideration.
